My trip to Italy - Rome, Perugia and others. Enjoy with me! :)

Hello my dear friends :)) I want to share with you my impressions and some fotos from my trip to Italy. It was my first trip to this beautiful country. And I liked very much.

So, I want to start with Rome.   

 Here I put some recent  fotos of this city. I am sure a lot of places you recognize even if you never have visited Rome because they are very famous all over the world.

Palatino is one of the most ancient parts of the city. According to the legend, here was originated ancient Rome.

 You can also enter to the museum and see the ancient history of this place, how it was, interesting.

    And you can see a nice film inside museum with wonderful views of Palatino.

 

Now you can IMAGINE how beautiful Palatino!!!

It’s incredible city with its own history and charm. I am still impressed how many ancient, majestic 
and wonderful buildings, monuments, churches, historical places and other sights there are. 

                                        There are a lot of birds in Rome, be careful :)))))))

Also I visited other impressive places of Italy. All of them are located in region of Umbria. 

 They are very interesting to visit where you can find something very ancient and unique.

First of such cities is Perugia – is the capital city of the region of Umbria.

 It covers a high hilltop and part of the valleys around the area. There is a beautiful nature. Here you have fotos:

Also there is a very sweet place – very famous chocolate factory “Perugina” with its famous candies baci (kiss). I couldn’t make the fotos of process but it was really interesting. It’s paradise for sweet tooth.

MY PRESENTS FROM FACTORY

Corciano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Perugia. It’s very small but nice town.

Night gives it mysterious features. You can buy tasty handmade chocolate here. 

Passignano sul Trasimeno is located about 20 km northwest of Perugia. In my opinion it’s very romantic place.

Assisi is a town and comune of Italy in the province of Perugia in the Umbria region. There was born Saint Francis - one of the most venerated religious figures in history. There are many beautiful legends around this person. For example, people say that he could understand the language of animals. It’s so nice.

Gubio is a town in the far northeastern part of the Italian province of Perugia (Umbria). It is located on the lowest slope of Mt. Ingino, a small mountain of the Apennines. It’s famous of some medieval celebrations. It’s very curious that in this city there is a fountain (unfortunately I forgot to make a foto). If you make three circles running around, you can receive a certificate of crazy person. I did it. It was funny.

And the most beautiful thing is the Christmas tree. They make it on the mountain with lights at night. It seems very huge.

In general I want to add that the weather was great, sometimes even hot. And it’s December!!! Only one minus that it starts to be dark very early at this period of time. But a big plus that with this dark you start to feel Christmas atmosphere because of bright lights and decorations.

The Italian food was delicious. There are a lot of good wines, cheese, fruits. The pizza, pasta and coffee you should to try for sure. The service is in a high level. And of cause Italian men are really very hot.

I spent a very good vacation in Italy and hope to come there again.
